Gianpiero De Vallier, (Piero for short) is an Italian artisan pizza chef and baker with over twenty years experience in bakeries across Europe. With support from his Irish wife, he established The Artisan Pizza Company in November 2007. Since then, he has brought to the market the highest quality artisan pizza bases in Ireland.
The pizza bases are handcrafted from premises in Rathmines, Dublin 6. These premises and the products are fully approved by HACCP.
Hi! I bought your pizza bases last week in Superquinn Ballinteer having read the article in the Irish Times magazine. I worked as a chef for 20 years and would always make my own pizza bases for my kids favourite treat, my standards are high!! However I was so impressed by yours that I’ve just bought another pack and it wont be the last. Really excellent! Thanks for giving a busy mum with high standards a break!
