Gianpiero De Vallier, an Italian artisan pizza chef and baker, established The Artisan Pizza Company in November 2007. Since then, he has brought to the market the highest quality artisan pizza bases in Ireland.

The pizzas are handcrafted from premises in Rathmines, Dublin 6. These premises and the products are fully approved by HACCP.
